Ordering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders are placed in the online shop by adding products to your shopping cart and paying in the checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By placing an order, you agree to the terms of delivery, product prices and delivery charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An email address is required to place an order. You will receive an order confirmation by email, showing the products ordered and the price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1 Landing (Avarda)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will receive the products before payment. You can pay all at once or in smaller instalments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum amount must be paid by the due date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reminder fee of EUR 5 will be charged for late payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The credit decision is made at the time of purchase. If your application is not approved, you can choose another payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotional conditions (interest-free payment period, etc.) apply only to the purchase in question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.2 Account \/ Flexible Credit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can pay for your purchase in instalments or all at once at no extra cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The credit decision is made at the time of purchase. Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery time estimates are given in working days and are based on information from manufacturers and importers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A binding contract is created when the order is entered into the e-commerce system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products are sent on weekdays to the address provided. Cancellation of an order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation is possible if the order has not yet been sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancel by replying to the order confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund fees and procedures depend on the payment method:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bank payment \/ Paytrail: refund via Paytrail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Card payment: credit directly to the card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit order (Klarna \/ Avarda): we cancel the order in the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return of orders sent in accordance with the instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
