Fujifilm Fujinon XF 56mm f\/1.2 R WR<\/h2>\n

Fujinon's perfect portrait lens offers a classic 85mm focal length. This is the ideal focal length for photographing people in terms of distortion and the area of blur, or bokeh. The optical design is such that the lens offers good sharpness from the full f\/1.2 aperture. Super EBC coatings reduce reflections and ghosting to a minimum and create a contrasty and sharp image even when shooting in backlight. The fluorine coating on the front element repels water and dirt. The 11-leaf dimmer with rounded leaves makes background softening smooth. There are 13 elements in eight groups.\r\n\r\nThis and the new<\/p>\n

This and the new Fujinon 50mm f\/1<\/a> providers of portrait lenses that get the closest to a \u201dfull\u201d cell image. This 56mm f\/1.2 is equivalent to a full cell lens of about 85mm f\/1.8. Although subjectively we think the bokeh of this lens is more beautiful and unique than the often quite cheap f\/1.8 lenses.<\/p>\n

The closest focusing distance is an awe-inspiring 50cm from the surface of the cell.<\/p>\n
