This model communicates perfectly between lens and camera, and autofocus works up to f\/8. The telephoto lens has a single Special Low Dispersion element that reduces chromatic aberrations and maintains image quality. In addition, the extension is both dust and moisture protected. In use, the telephoto extender reduces the aperture by about one aperture.
