Nikon Z5 body + FTZ II adapter - Nikon basic camera<\/h2>\n

The Nikon Z5 is Nikon's basic camera for the mirrorless Z-bayonet system. The Z5 is in many ways very similar to the Nikon Z6<\/a>. The same features are the body stabilizer, autofocus system, and design outline. The Z5 is equipped with a 24 megapixel FX (cinema size) format CMOS sensor, NOT a similar BSI model as the Z6, but at least with the same Expeed 6 processor. The Z5 body stabilizer can at best reduce movement by five apertures.<\/p>\n

This package includes a Nikkor 24-50mm f\/4-6.3 lens, plus an FTZ adapter.<\/p>\n

The body of the Nikon Z5, unlike its big brother, is made of polycarbonate (the Z6 has a magnesium alloy body). Of course, moisture and dust protection is still in place. The top surface has been simplified, with the Z6\/Z7's status display replaced by a traditional Mode switch. In terms of weight, the bodies are the same, at 675 grams.<\/p>\n

Nikon Z5 + FTZ II<\/h2>\n

The adapter allows you to get all Nikkor AF-S lenses to work natively on Nikon Z bodies. AF-D lenses cannot be used with autofocus, at least not with this adapter, because it lacks a screw motor. However, you can use the lenses with manual focus. The Nikon FTZ II adapter also multiplies the range of lenses available.<\/p>\n

With the Nikon FTZ II bayonet adapter, you have access to Nikon's massive range of SLR lenses. The adapter works best with AF-S lenses, retaining all the original lens features such as autofocus and metering. There's a slot for a tripod screw at the bottom of the adapter, balancing the use of larger glasses with a tripod.<\/p>\n
