Angelbird Atomos Master Caddy 4K RAW is an SSD designed to work directly with Atomos Master Caddy products that support 4K video. Thanks to its design, you don't need the Master Caddy itself, the disk goes directly into the recorder. This allows you to record high-resolution 4K and HD video. Atomos Shogun and Ninja series devices such as Inferno, Flame, Assassin and Ninja V support these devices, without assembly.

The drives themselves are housed in CNC machined enclosures to control heat while providing additional protection against shock. Internal power failure protection safeguards against situations where the host device suddenly loses power. In this case, the device saves the data received and the drive is not corrupted. When video needs to be transferred, the Angelbird Atomos Master Caddy 4K RAW can be connected directly to a computer using a SATA III adapter.
