The personal data collected is used for customer relationship management, order processing and delivery, user account management, service and customer experience development.

Personal data is primarily obtained from the customer when he or she places an order in the online shop or enters data in the online form.

Personal data may be disclosed to service providers who support the operation of the online store. We have ensured that all our service providers comply with the applicable data protection legislation.

We regularly use, among others, the following service providers:

• Avarda.fi (payment intermediary)
• WooPOS.com (cashier system)
• Klaviyo.com (newsletter system)

As a general rule, data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.

Reviews are published on our website to support other customers. We do not edit content except to correct technical errors or remove illegal content. Reviews are kept on the website indefinitely until a user requests their removal or until they are no longer relevant.
