Blackmagic Design Video Assist 5″ 12G-SDI/HDMI HDR on ulkoinen tallennin jossa on ultrakirkas 2500 cd/m² 1920×1080 resoluution näyttö. Voit monitoroida ja tallentaa HDR videota DCI 4K, UHD 4K, 2K tai HD resoluutiolla 10-bittisenä 4:2:2 moodilla jopa 16 ympätyn 24-bit 48kHz äänikanavan kanssa. Video tallentuu alan standardilla Apple ProRessilla (HQ, 422, LT, tai Proxy) tai Avid DNxHD ja DNxHR codeceilla.

Video Assist tallentaa tavaran yhdelle SDHC/XC kortille UHS-II SD korttipaikassa. Voit myös käyttää USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C porttia jos haluat tallentaa ulkoiselle kovalevylle. Portin kautta pystyy myös striimaamaan, ja konfiguroimaan sekä päivittämään näytön.

Laite monitoroi tarkasti log gamma materiaalia ilman että joudut katsomaan latteaa esikatselua tai käyttämään LUT profiilia. Monitori tukee suoraan suosituimpia log formaatteja. Asetukset vaikuttavat vain katseluun, itse taltioitu materiaali pysyy ehjänä.

User interface. The screen has intuitive capacitive touch controls. Swipe gestures make it simple to use and quickly bring up the settings you need. You can access additional controls, recording status, histogram, waveform, vectorscope and battery status among others. The controls have a translucent overlay so you can observe your shots at the same time.

12-G SDI and HDMI. Video and audio is transferred from the camera via 12-G SDI or HDMI 1.4. This means that you can use the latest cine cameras in the future. 12-G SDI allows you to run Ultra HD footage. Through the throughput outputs you can distribute video directly to larger displays. The output carries up to 8 audio channels. Audio can also be monitored via the 3.5mm output with headphones.

In the light of day a working screen. The video Assist TFT LCD screen delivers a dazzling 2500 cd/m² of light output with LED backlighting, so you can shoot in daylight even without sun protection.
