The Boya BY-M1000 is a broadcast-quality condenser microphone that is well suited for songwriters, podcasts and other professional recording applications. The microphone has a 3-pin XLR connector for connection to microphone amplifiers, mixers and video cameras.

The BY-M1000 produces studio-quality sound and features three different directional patterns to record sound from exactly the direction you want. The directional patterns are: a heart, a sphere (360º) and an octagon. A heart is ideal for recording dialogues or a call, a sphere for recording a podcast around a table and an octet for recording an interview between two people.

The gain of the microphone can be adjusted using the built-in two-position switch, which allows the gain to be increased up to 10 dB without extra hiss. The microphone also features a low-cut filter to eliminate excess bass and noise.

The 3/8″ and 5/8″ threads make it easy to attach the microphone to the microphone stand. The BY-M1000 has a 48 V phantom power supply. A shock mount and pop filter are also included.
