The Canon RF 70-200mm f/4 is an ultra-compact telephoto zoom with a powerful f/4 aperture designed for the R-series bodies. This makes it ideal for the travelling photographer who needs high telephoto image quality. The popular 70-200mm focal length allows you to shoot fairly close subjects, but the 200mm will also get you close to more distant subjects when needed.

Canon's L series is always a sign of the best image quality in Canon's lens range. The RF 70-200mm f/4 features ASC (Air Sphere Coating) and four UD glass elements to keep distortion to a minimum. A bright f/4 aperture and 9-element dimmer provide superb bokeh softening. At its best, the lens can focus at a distance of just 60 cm. A powerful 5-step optical image stabilizer makes hand-held shooting much easier.

The lens' two Nano USM focusing motors allow you to focus quickly and quietly on your subject. Focusing can cope with demanding situations in both still and video photography.

Typical of telephoto lenses, the RF 70-200mm f/4 is painted white to reflect heat in sunlight. The construction is also weatherproof and the front element is fluorine coated for protection against dust and water. The lens has one additional control ring, which can be programmed with the desired function, such as aperture or ISO adjustment.
