Manfrotto MH496-BH - A new ball head from the Italian wonder

The Manfrotto 496-BH ball head and 200PL-PRO quick release plate can carry a load of almost 10 kilos, despite being only a 400 gram lump by itself. It is compatible with all support systems with 3/8″-16 mount. With the main screw loosening you can adjust all shafts quickly, the ball and socket system is the fastest way to change angles. Inside the screw is a tension adjustment screw that allows you to make the application just right for you. On the other side of the head there is a further 360° rotation screw if you just want to rotate the panorama axis.

Cameras and accessories that use 1/4″-20 mounts can be attached to the 200PL-PRO quick release plate, as well as 3/8″-16 mounts with the included adapter. The mounting plate is also compatible with heads with an Arca-style mount.
