The NiSi Filter Holder S5 Kit for Sigma 14mm f/1.8 lens is designed for landscape photographers who want to use a very wide-angle lens with a filter system. It is a redesigned version of the most advanced 150mm disc filter system on the market. An excellent alternative to using a disc filter when your lens cannot be fitted with a threaded mount. For the price of a CPL filter alone, you now get almost a full set. All you need is what you want disc filter. The NiSi Filter Holder S5 allows the use of two 150mm disc filters (2mm thickness) and a rotary polarizing filter at the same time without any vignetting over a full 360-degree range. The holder has a circular filter thread with a rotation mechanism that allows the use of polarizing, ND or UV filters. It is CNC machined from a single element and made of high quality aircraft aluminium finished in matt black. The package comes with an ultra-thin polarizing filter. The matte black finish of the holder reduces the effect of stray light and reflections on images. Thanks to its unique design, the polarizing filter can be rotated by means of a roller on the holder, which makes it much easier to use. A stylish storage case for the filters and holder is also supplied.
