This battery charger works as a proper charger should. Unfortunately, the battery charger that came with the camera got lost.
I think it's good that the charger uses flashing LED lights to indicate the battery charge rate of 50/80/100 % . If you want to use the batteries for a long time, you should use Li-ion batteries with a charge rate of 20-80 %. The battery charger provides indicator lights for this and the Olympus camera can monitor the battery charge level. This will make the battery last longer. At the same time, you can charge two batteries in addition to one and that's good, because charging takes time.
It is worth noting that the charger does not come with a power cord.
