Panasonic DMW-STC20 2x Converter for L-Mount
Suitable for Panasonic cameras and lenses with L-bayonet, i.e. the S system. This telephoto extension extends the focal length of the lens by a factor of 2, turning a 70-200mm lens into a 140-400mm lens, for example. Note that the maximum aperture setting of the lens drops two stops, making f/4 become f/8.
The telephoto lens is mounted between the lens and the camera body and all the electronic functions of the camera, such as autofocus, aperture controls and image stabilizers, operate through it. Thanks to its rubber seals, it is also weatherproof, preventing moisture and dust from entering the camera or lens.
NOTE: Can be used with the Panasonic Lumix S Pro 70-200mm f/4 O.I.S. (S-R70200) lens, but the lens software must be updated to the latest firmware version.
