Very fast Panasonic ultrafast for Micro Four Thirds systems. For landscape and architectural shots, a nifty 9mm (cinema equivalent 18mm) focal length and f/1.7 aperture make this lens a great tool for the wide-angle enthusiast. Thanks to its aperture, shooting in low light is effortless. Its sleek design also makes it ideal for vlogging. Optimised for both stills and video, the lens' smooth and almost silent focus is also ideal for video. The lens has been created in collaboration with Leica, which means that you can get extremely sharp images without any extra distortion, right up to the edges of the frame. Thanks to its semi-macro construction, the lens focuses down to 9.5 centimetres. This allows you to foreground the details of a flower, for example, and still capture a lot of the surroundings.

Sophisticated optical formula. The lens is made up of 12 elements in 9 groups. There are two aspherical lenses, two Extra-Low Dispersion elements and one Ultra High Refractive Index lens. These correct for any aberrations and distortions and give images sharp, high contrast and clear colours from corner to corner.
