Rode Wireless ME - a great wireless single mic sound system for mobile devices

Rode Wireless Go II is a wireless audio system tailored for mobile journalists and videographers, with two more channels in version two. It's surprisingly compact to house a perfectly honest microphone. The wireless system is a secure Series IV 2.4 Ghz device that's easy to use. If you don't have an external microphone, Wireless GO also offers a solution. The easy-to-mount transmitter has a built-in multidirectional capsule microphone with broadcast-quality sound quality. It comes with a clip-on mount and other accessories. You attach the transmitter to the speaker and the receiver near the recorder, connect them with a cable and start working. You can also use your own microphone with a 3.5mm jack. The sound is clear and easy to hear.

Like the popular RODELink wireless systems, the Wireless GO system uses 2.4Ghz frequency, so you don't have to use the stuffy and old-fashioned UHF environment. You don't have to search for frequencies, Wireless Go just works. This is as easy as wireless voice gets.

Thanks to Rode's optimized transmission algorithm, Wireless GO allows a range of up to 200 meters and works perfectly even inside buildings.

Low, medium, and high (0 dB, -12 dB, and -24 dB) receiver gain settings allow a simple and efficient way to adjust input levels. As mentioned, operation is the easiest in the industry.

You can use the Rode Central program for Mac/Windows systems to customize settings and playback and download recordings. Files can be exported in formats such as mp3 or wav.

Because Wireless Go II can handle two transmitters simultaneously, it can transmit the signal either in stereo or as two mono channels. You can connect the receiver to your computer with a USB Type-C to Type-A cable.

”Always” Recording Mode: in this mode, the transmitter starts recording as soon as it is switched on.

”Backup” Recording Mode: when this mode is activated the transmitter will start recording when it connects to the receiver. When the receiver turns off, recording stops.
Off: the device does not record sound to itself.

The brightness of the LED can be adjusted.

The functions of the power button can be changed: it can act as a mut, be used to make a marker, or as a deactivation button.

Ease of use has not changed from the original Wireless GO microphone, it's child's play to use.
