Samyang AF 135mm f/1.8 FE - vintage-style potrette lens

The Samyang AF 1350mm f/1.8 FE is designed for full-frame mirrorless Sony E cameras. The perfect solution for potrettes, and landscapes. The 82mm front element of the medium telephoto lens allows maximum exposure to get the best light for your images. Thanks to Samyang Optics' superior optical technology, the lens' aspherical lenses minimize aberrations and excessive light spill. This results in high resolution from the centre to the edges.

The lens is compatible with both phase detect and contrast detect sensors, bringing fast and accurate focusing speed. The lens represents the pinnacle of budget-class glass.

A luminous aperture combined with eleven steel dimmers makes managing depth of field and background softness a wonderful experience. Talk about an ideal potretta lens. The Ultra Multi Coating coating on the elements reduces reflections and other debris which reduces image quality. The optical formula has three ELD (extra low dispersion) and 1 ultra precision aspherical element.

The linear STM autofocus motor is fast and relatively silent and smooth in its movements. AF is internal and focus breathing is fairly minimal. The closest focusing distance is only 6 inches so it's a true close-up lens when needed.

You can also use glass on APS-C bodies with a focal length of around 203mm.

There are three programmable buttons and the lens has a separate astro-focus function. The weather-proof design protects the unit against dust, light rain and snow.

The included backlight protector keeps backlight reflections at bay.
