SmallRig 3660 L-Bracket For Sony A7 IV / A7S III / A1
SmallRig 3660 L-Bracket For Sony A7 IV / A7S III / A1 is customized for Sony A7 IV, A7s III, and A1 cameras. Both base and side plates are Arca-Swiss standard. The sideplate slides away if you need to attach an HDMI cable, and it also slides forward so it doesn't interfere with the display. There are several 1/4"-20 threaded holes in the base, giving a wide range of mounting options (e.g. DJi RS 2/ RSC 2 stabilizers. There is also a place for a wrist strap on the base plate.

This really oozes quality. The necessary tools for tightening are included, hopefully they'll stay safe. I didn't check beforehand if there was a thread on the bottom of the stand. Well, there are 6 of them, so it should be enough and you can attach it to the harness.
