    SmallRig 3751 Heavy-Duty Fluid Head Tripod AD-01 - Heavy-duty broadcast stand

    The SmallRig 3751 Heavy-Duty Fluid Head Tripod AD-01 is a really solid broadcast tripod that doesn't come cheap. The foot of the package reaches 186 centimetres. The video head is fluid dampened and very comfortable to use. You can also lock the video head in a simple lateral movement and get easy panoramas. And like all real video feet, the head attaches to the foot with a bowl. The stand looks and feels like a sturdy and durable professional tool.

    It features a lightweight 2-stage aluminium frame with a 75mm bowl and a compact liquid head with an 8kg capacity. A mid-height spreader adds stability and the working height ranges from 85 to 186 centimetres. Oversized clip leg locks are easy and quick to operate.

    The liquid-filled head rotates 360º and has a separate pan lock. The tilt can be adjusted from -75-90º. The pan bar comes attached with a rosette on the right side of the head. The included camera quick release plate is padded with rubber.

    When the tripod is folded, the integrated leg locks keep the leg in the package during transport. A padded zippered soft carrying bag is included in the set.

    The head is compatible with both the DJi RS2 quick release and the Mandfrotto type (included) quick release.

      I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but when I took it out of the box and put it back together and tested it, it seemed very good. I am more than happy with the workmanship and the quality impression. Of course, real use over time will only tell you how good the product really is.

      Value for money. This tripod and video head was a positive surprise in terms of quality. The price-quality ratio is really right on target. The movement of the Fluid head is nice and smooth in its movements. The carrying case also feels durable.

      Fast delivery is also always a nice way to do business.
