SmallRig Basic Shoulder Kit 2896B - maximising comfort
The SmallRig Basic Shoulder Kit 2896B brings peace of mind to the set. You know that feeling when the DP of the import team cries that he can't carry the camera by just the handle? Well with this kit you can build a great solution to that dilemma. Just add a couple of other shields and your photographer will thank you and be a zen master in no time. Another option is a hall pass and oatmeal but in the long run this is probably the more economical way to go. The Olkarigi kit is compatible with cameras big and small. It allows you to attach your expensive camera to the padded shoulder strap, and it allows you to add a counterweight to the back. It is equipped with several 1/4’’-20, 3/8’’-16 threads and an Arri point.

Totally worth the price, compact and solid.
The camera is attached directly to the rig with a screw, so there is no quick release plate. If you need to detach the camera from the rig all the time, you should probably get a separate plate mount.
