The SmallRig FreeBlazer Heavy-Duty Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit AD-100 3989 is a truly rugged carbon fiber broadcast tripod that doesn't come cheap. The tripod in this kit comes up to 197 centimeters. The video head is liquid dampened and very comfortable to use. You can also lock the video head to a simple lateral movement and easily make panoramas. And like all real video feet, the head attaches to the foot with a bowl. The stand looks and feels like a sturdy and durable professional tool.

The whole has a lightweight 2-stage aluminium frame with a 75mm bowl and liquid head with a 10 kg capacity. A mid-height spreader adds stability and the working height is between 94 - 197 centimetres (folded length 99cm). Oversized clip leg locks are easy and quick to operate.

The liquid-filled head rotates 360º and has a separate pan lock. The tilt can be adjusted from -75-90º. The pan bar comes attached with a rosette on the right side of the head. The included camera quick release plate is padded with rubber.

When the tripod is folded, the integrated leg locks keep the leg in the package during transport. A padded zippered soft carrying bag is included in the set.

The head is compatible with both the DJi RS2 quick release and the Mandfrotto type (included) quick release.
