The cards of the future are here. Sony's new CFExpress Type B Tough family offers an astonishing 1700 mega per second read speed and 1480 mega per second write speed. In practice, the card will last well into the future at these speeds. Tough series cards are also shock and puncture resistant and can withstand drops, warps and temperature fluctuations much better than standard cards. It's also easier to recover files from these cards, with recovery software included to restore accidentally deleted files from the card.
