The Sony RM-VPR1 Remote Commander with Multi-Terminal Cable is an 80cm wired remote control for Sony cameras with a multiterminal slot. So for most of them, for example NEX series, Alpha series, SLT series, Handycams and RX cameras. The remote control reduces camera shake when shooting, for example, landscape or macro shots, where the camera should be as still as possible. The product has a basic shutter release, bulb function, zoom button and recording.

The cable is about 80cm long and comes with a clip to attach the product to a tripod, for example.
