Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 is a completely redesigned standard zoom lens for the full-frame Sony E mount. Price difference to Sony's own 24-70 G-master is almost three times as much, but the Tamron still achieves almost the same performance. If you don't necessarily need those extra 4mm millimetres at the wide end, the Tamron is an excellent budget choice for Sony system cameras. The autofocus (VXD, Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) is fast and reliable and works without any extra noise. The glass is also weatherproof and the lens surfaces are coated.

An improved version of the popular 28-75mm standard zoom, ideal for the documentary photographer, portrait photographer and travel lens. The shorter focusing distance also allows macro photography at wide angle.
