The Westcott FJ800 is a professional-grade flash that combines 800W of power, ultra-fast pulsing and reliable performance. It is equally suited to demanding studio shoots as it is to outdoor daylight portraits.

The flash supports both Manual and TTL modes. The flash flash time is 1/25,000 seconds at its fastest, so you can stop motion accurately. IGBT+ technology improves flash control, speeds up synchronisation and increases compatibility with different camera systems. A USB-C cable allows firmware updates.

The FJ800 is the fastest and lightest professional flash in its class, with a flash loading time of 0.01-1.8 seconds and a weight of 7.5 kg. The flash can be operated from AC or DC power and the included FJ Pro battery provides over 250 full power flashes, while the optional FJ ProMax battery provides up to over 500 flashes per charge. The batteries also support AC trickle charging.

The flash maintains a stable 5500 K colour temperature (±150 K) over the entire 9-stop power range.The 30 W bi-colour LED model lamp (2700-6500 K) is automatically or manually adjustable. An OLED colour touchscreen makes managing settings quick and easy, and the Creative Mask function allows up to six light combinations to be created quickly, ideal for fast production conditions.

The FJ800's round flash head and long flash tube ensure even light distribution, while the Bowens mount and Rapid Box Switch insert offer compatibility with Westcott light converters. The Tilter bracket also allows for a 9mm round umbrella mount.
