The Westcott Flex Collapsible China Cube is a modern version of the classic ”China Ball” light modifier that has been used in countless productions over the years. The cubic light diffuser spreads the light from the Flex 1′ x 1′ light panel 360° around a 1¼ hole white diffusion screen. The soft and even illumination is ideal for overhead lighting in booms or ceiling grids, for hair lighting or around discussion tables, for example.

The China Cube light modifier includes four removable black strips that can be used to limit the spread of light in certain directions in the same way as reflector flaps. The strips can also be used to create a soft and delimited light circle, for example when used as an overhead light.

Thanks to its foldable design, the China Cube is very easy to transport and store. It can be folded to a fraction of its original size and comes with an adjustable strap and carrying bag. Flex LED light panels are sold separately.
