The Zoom F1 field recorder with tie microphone is a great combo, featuring a dual-channel pocket-sized recorder connected to the LMF-1 multi-directional tie microphone. The lightweight (120 grams) and low-profile design slips comfortably into a pocket or belt, giving vloggers, journalists and videographers a flexible solution for sound taltion.

The Zoom F1 Field Recorder + Lavalier Mic is the perfect solution for videographers whose goal is to record every word with professional sound quality. The F1-LP comes with Zoom's newly built LMF-1 knot microphone, perfect for interviews, voice-overs and other types of voice-over recording. Together with the F1, you can record audio at up to 24bit/96kHz, allowing the recording to withstand processing and editing while the final video work is being polished.

Always ready
The small size of the F1 makes it easy to attach to a belt, waistband or pocket, so the recorder can be easily hidden out of sight. The LMF-1 clip-on microphone connects directly to the F1 and the sound is recorded to a microSD card. By recording directly to the F1 device, the interference or noise that normally occurs when using a wireless belt-type system is eliminated.

The Zoom F1 field recorder's clear 1.25″ monochrome screen is readable even in bright sunlight. It makes it easy to check recording levels, battery status, overpass filter selection and other recording data. Tone control, limiting and output level are all at the touch of a button. A rec hold function protects against misprints and pre-record ensures that recording is never delayed. Sound marker adds a short sync sound to the signal, making it easy to align tracks during editing.
