Terms of delivery

1. General information

Foto Monza Oy (business ID 3009635-7, hereinafter referred to as the “online store”) sells products to private individuals in Finland.
We reserve the right to change delivery conditions and prices. Product prices include VAT.

2. Ordering

• Orders are placed in the online shop by adding products to your shopping cart and paying in the checkout.
• By placing an order, you agree to the terms of delivery, product prices and delivery charges.
• An email address is required to place an order. You will receive an order confirmation by email, showing the products ordered and the price.

3. Payment

3.1 Landing (Avarda)

• You will receive the products before payment. You can pay all at once or in smaller instalments.
• The minimum amount must be paid by the due date.
• A reminder fee of EUR 5 will be charged for late payment.
• The credit decision is made at the time of purchase. If your application is not approved, you can choose another payment method.
• Promotional conditions (interest-free payment period, etc.) apply only to the purchase in question.

3.2 Account / Flexible Credit

• You can pay for your purchase in instalments or all at once at no extra cost.
• The credit decision is made at the time of purchase. If your application is rejected, choose another payment method.

3.3 Online Banking / Card Payment / MobilePay

• Payment is made securely through your bank or payment service.
• After a successful payment, you will automatically return to the online shop.
• The payee is Avarda, which handles the payment intermediary.

4. Delivery

• Delivery time estimates are given in working days and are based on information from manufacturers and importers.
• A binding contract is created when the order is entered into the e-commerce system.
• Products are sent on weekdays to the address provided. In exceptional circumstances, please contact customer service.
• Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method, additional services and the size of the order.
• All products are delivered in one package when available.
• Defects or lost shipments must be reported within 14 days at the latest.

5. Cancellation of an order

• Cancellation is possible if the order has not yet been sent.
• Cancel by replying to the order confirmation email.
• Refund fees and procedures depend on the payment method:
  • Bank payment / Paytrail: refund via Paytrail
  • Card payment: credit directly to the card
  • Credit order (Klarna / Avarda): we cancel the order in the system
• Return of orders sent in accordance with the instructions.

6. Refunds

• 30-day return policy for consumers (not for business or exchange transactions, exceptions to be agreed separately).
• Returns should always be agreed by email: info@fotomonza.com
• Products must be returned in their original condition; used, dirty or damaged products are not eligible for a full refund.
• Returns are free of charge for products over €200 (does not apply to second-hand products), otherwise costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exception: very large products (e.g. monitors, studio stands) → shipping costs according to actual postage costs.
• In the case of repeated returns, we reserve the right to restrict the use of the service in the event of abuse.

7. Liability and complaints

• The online shop complies with the legal liability for defects.
• In case of complaints, please contact customer service.
• In the event of a dispute, the consumer has the right to take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

• New products: 24 months
• Used replacement equipment: 1 month (unless otherwise stated)
