    Boya BY-PVM3000L - XLR condenser shotgun microphone (Long)

    The Boyan BY-PVM3000 series is a professional microphone system consisting of three different sizes of shotgun microphones: short, medium and long. The longer the microphone, the narrower the area it captures sound.

    The microphone's super-hertta directional pattern captures clear sound from only one direction, filtering out unwanted background noise from the audio track. In addition, the microphone has a built-in low-pass filter that can be activated by a switch if required. This filter is very useful in situations where background noise such as air conditioning noise is present, as it eliminates it from the soundtrack.

    The BY-PVM3000 has a 3-pin XLR output connector. The microphone can also be connected to a 3.5mm TRS socket using an adapter cable (sold separately).

    BY-PVM3000L -The longest model in the series is the one that stands out from the rest. The L model has a sound reception angle of around 30º, which is ideal for applications such as filming, TV production and sports productions. The PVM3000L therefore picks up sound from the narrowest range compared to other microphones in the PVM3000 series.

      The L model was disappointing, the M series is much more sensitive. And the directionality of the L model certainly doesn't work as it should.
