KOWA Spottingscope TSN-99S PROMINAR Straight

The TSN-99 Prominar represents the next generation of Kowa's TSN-880 series and is the brand's first telescope to use both a convex XD lens and a pure fluorite crystal lens. Its 99 mm objective lens is Kowa's largest, offering excellent performance in low-light conditions and sharp detail without chromatic distortion.

The TSN-99 introduces a new design that combines sleek ergonomics with cutting-edge technology, making it comfortable to use for long periods of time, even in demanding conditions. Its magnesium alloy construction makes it one of the smallest and lightest large-lens telescopes on the market, increasing its portability.

As in previous models, the TSN-99 features Kowa's quick focus (double focus), which allows you to get a fast and accurate image in just a few smooth revolutions. Fine adjustment provides precise control over the accuracy of the focus, even when wearing gloves.

The optical construction is made of Kowa's unique pure fluorite crystals and the telescope features the brand's largest objective lens with a diameter of 99 mm. Combined with the Kowa XD lens, which has very low dispersion characteristics, the telescope offers amazing image quality with excellent colour rendition and minimal chromatic distortion, even at high magnifications. The objective lens is protected by Kowa's unique KR coating, which prevents dirt, moisture and dust from accumulating on the lens surface.

The remote tube is compatible with all Kowa accessories.

Kowa TSN-99 is available in both straight and angled versions. You can choose between the 30-70XW zoom eyepiece or the ultra-wide angle 40XW eyepiece.
