Grade A nylon has been selected for use, with high release and cut values, long service life and an average of 55 hooks per square inch. The hook is formed at high temperatures, giving it greater flexibility and durability. The unused loop gives a very high service life, averaging 42 loops per square inch. EZ-TIE has been tested at temperatures of 93 degrees C and -56.7 degrees C and lasted 1,000 hours without matting. Working temperature is 80 degrees C to -20 degrees C.
