The Nanlite Forza 500B II Bi-Color LED spotlight is extremely compact and lightweight, but offers a remarkable luminous intensity of 67320 Lux (6254 fc) at a distance of up to one metre with the supplied reflector. Its adjustable CCT range is 2700K-6500K, making it versatile. It is designed for professional production with a durable construction, Bluetooth, 2.4G and DMX/RDM control options, a COB protected by frosted glass, a completely redesigned fork and a control unit that can run on mains power or side-mounted 26V or 14.4V-14.8V V-Mount batteries (sold separately). The light has a colour rendering index of 96 and TLCI of 97, and the green to magenta transition can be easily adjusted from /- 80, made possible by its WW(RG) LED source and light mixing chamber.

Forza 500B II includes all the advancements and improvements of the Forza II series. The control unit is 16% smaller, can run on a single V-Mount battery, and has no fan. The daylight-generating Forza 500 II is only about 2% brighter. The supplied cables are considerably longer: the power cable is 6 metres and the main cable 3 metres, with even longer main cables available separately. It is compatible with a wide range of Bowens Mount light converters, including Nanlite's own accessories. The package includes a handy 55° reflector, and with the FL-20G Fresnel accessory (sold separately) the light output increases to 17400 lux (1616 fc) at 3 metres.

The stepless, one-sided locking mechanism allows for easy positioning, and the umbrella holder gives you more light-shaping options. The upgraded fork allows 360° rotation, is curved to provide a greater tilt range for large modifiers, and the stand is compatible with both 5/8” baby pins and 1 1/8” junior pins. The dimming can be fine-tuned in steps of 0.1 %. The main body fan has 4 modes: Intelligent, Full Speed, Slow Speed and Off for perfect silence. A redesigned padded carrying case with improved padding keeps everything safe. USB port allows firmware upgrades to add new features in the future, and can power wireless DMX receivers (sold separately).

The Forza 500B II offers a significant amount of light output from a head that weighs just 4.3 kg and measures just 15.7 x 9.1 x 5.6″. You can fully control the Forza 500B II from your phone via Bluetooth with the free NANLINK app for iOS and Android. 2.4G lets you use the WS-RC-C2 remote (sold separately) or WS-TB-1 transmitter box (sold separately) for larger setups. Lockable DMX/RDM ports allow for advanced control.

The control unit has easily accessible battery plates on the sides, an easy-to-read OLED display, intuitive internal controls with a lock button and all cables attach to the top so it can rest on surfaces during use. The included quick-release bracket is durable, easy to use and fits round or square tripods and grids. 12 effects can be customized and saved as new presets in the NANLINK app.
