The NiSI HUC Pro Nano IR ND1000 grey filter reduces the amount of light entering the camera by 10 apertures. ND filters evenly reduce the amount of light entering the lens, allowing, for example, a longer shutter speed. This allows you to take stylish motion blurred photos or videos. For example, motion blur makes flowing water look completely different. This filter is made of nano-coated high quality optical glass. This ensures that the sharpness and colour rendition of the image remains unchanged and no reflections occur. The filter is also easy to clean and repels grease and water. The brass frame, just 3.5mm thick, also allows the use of wide-angle lenses, without any aberrations. The filter also has built-in infrared (IR) filtering, which removes infrared light from images and reduces colour leakage.
