The Sennheiser EW 100 ENG G4-A is a camera-mounted wireless microphone combo. It's reliable, flexible and delivers the broadcast-quality sound that has made the EW Series the industry standard for videographers, journalists and content producers around the world.

The Sennheiser EW 100 ENG G4-A is designed to handle a wide range of different needs, and gives you the tools to adapt to the wireless needs of your location. The system features a bodypack transmitter paired with the ME 2-II lavalier microphone, great for when you need your hands free. Also included is a plug-on transmitter that can be connected directly to a capsule mic, or to a shotgun mic for wireless boom (both mics sold separately).

The camera-mounted receiver can be connected to cameras or an audio recorder. The sound is clear and vivid.

EW 100 ENG G4 is backwards compatible with previous devices so you can cross-use G4/G3/G2/G1 receivers and other components. It is also compatible with the EW 500 system.

Wireless audio is almost an absolute requirement for smart video production. The Lavalier and Plugon package is a pretty comprehensive package for what a running journalist doing interviews needs.
