The SmallRig 5887 Advanced Edition cage is designed for the DJI Osmo Action 6 camera to provide enhanced protection, extended mounting options and fast shooting. Its lightweight yet durable design allows for easy attachment of accessories and full camera accessibility in all shooting situations.

The cold shoe mount on the cage allows you to directly attach lights or audio equipment such as the DJI Mic 2 system or SmallRig Video Light. The magnetic quick release on the side supports both DJI's original two-way quick release adapter and SmallRig's own quick release brackets (5890, 5779, 5991), allowing seamless transition between horizontal and vertical.

The battery compartment can be accessed directly from the side without removing the cage, making it easy to change the battery, especially in fast shooting situations. A side strap hole allows the included wrist strap to be attached, while a silicone lens cover keeps the lens safe from scratches when the camera is not in use.

The cage also has a removable quick-release clip, which can be easily removed with the supplied Allen key. This maintains the full functionality of the camera's own magnetic attachment mechanism.
