Ideal for landscape, architectural, street and video work, it features an optical design with 16 elements in 12 groups, allowing it to produce clear details and pleasing background separation. With a weight of 440 g and a length of 101.8 mm, it is easy to carry around and use every day. The VXD autofocus system ensures fast, quiet and accurate focusing, useful for both still and video photography.

Ergonomic design with improved grip dimensions on the zoom and focus rings for comfortable handling. The lens shares a 67 mm filter size with other Tamron lenses.
