Lowepro Flipside 400 AW III - Revamped and more convenient again

The predecessors of the Lowepro Flipside 400 AW III are Lowepro's best-selling ”basic backpacks”. The Flipside range has just the right size of transport for most photographers, with enough gear to fit any gig. The ergonomic, padded and ventilated back, plus the sturdy construction and All Weather Cover weather cover make this a comfortable and versatile storage solution. With side and rear openings, this backpack is perfect for travel, daypacking, hiking, or a combination of all.

The outer surface is abrasion resistant FormShell nylon with reinforced front bumpers. The nylon is treated with a polyurethane coating for improved weather resistance. Access to the main storage area is at the rear to maximize security. Quick side access allows you to deploy the camera without having to unpack the bag. Relatively rigid back support in the air passages reduces sweating. Zippers are high quality 10mm YKK zippers. The included AW shelter won't leave you stranded in case of rain or blizzard.

The interiors are spacious, you can easily throw in a shock with a 70-200mm lens even with a battery grip attached. In addition to this combo you can throw in 4-5 obis and a laptop.

The front pocket is deep and it's a nice place to put your personal items.

The side pockets expand to accommodate a larger water bottle.
