The Manfrotto MT290XTC3 is a 3-piece carbon fibre tripod that is a so-called basic tripod with a very high build quality. It is a kind of simplified version of the classic Manfroto 055 from the foot. Its five kilogram carrying capacity is sufficient for most small cameras. It reaches a maximum height of 165 centimetres and weighs just 1.6 kilos. When assembled, the cage is a modest 62cm long.

The Manfrotto MT290XTC3 tripod legs are quickly extendable and adjustable. Thanks to the Flip Lock locks that allow you to lock and unlock each part separately. The Flip Locks are specially designed for comfort and a good one-handed grip.
