The silver Olympus LS-P1 audio recorder is equipped with a 4 GB integrated memory and a stereo microphone. Two directional microphones make it easy to create stereo effects. The 3.5mm jack allows you to connect an external microphone. Other features include compatibility with PCM/MP3 file formats, 8GB of file storage (storing up to 253 hours of audio), microSD external storage. A rechargeable AAA NiMH battery is also included. 

The LS-P1 uses two directional microphones, while a third microphone can be connected to record a lavalier microphone.

The fade-in / fade-out feature adds a smooth start and end to recordings. The volume is gradually adjusted, increasing from the first second of the sound signal and decreasing during the last second to a low level at the end.

Choose from 7 preset shooting destinations optimised for common recording situations. Try the Music preset if you want to record at a higher bandwidth, or the NoisySituation preset if you want clear audio-only recordings in noisy environments.

Enjoy wireless playback with compatible headphones and speakers using Bluetooth technology. Install the Olympus Bluetooth app on your smartphone (available for Android devices only) to use it as a remote control for your recorder.
