How to carry out social media campaigns efficiently and in a planned way

Small business owner - do you also feel that you are always a bit behind with your business? Do you take photos throughout the day or week - or when that somepost should have been posted? Maybe you've found that your regular Someposting has been stalled by a lack of suitable images.
What a relief it would be if you could finally get a more structured grip on your social media and be able to.
post really regularly without stress and last minute panic! ??
To get there, the single most important thing you can do is to create for your business photo bank, where high quality and consistent images are always available. A personalised photo bank is possible for small businesses, and to build one we have developed a concept called The Description of the Day.

The Shooting Day is when we set aside one working day each month just for taking photos for the following month. So no client work, no emails to answer and no phone notifications to turn off.
At this point, many entrepreneurs think, "That's impossible - there's no way I can dedicate a whole working day to just doing sometext! We recommend spending 4-6 hours a day shooting to get into the mood, but if that seems impossible, take at least an hour to take pictures. An hour can be found even when you're busy, and when you realise how much the method saves you time, you might find yourself carving out a longer time in your calendar in the future.
Imagine for a moment: if a company's entire month's worth of social media photos could be planned and shot in a single day, what would free up your time and energy for? In addition to saving time, a day of shooting will help you get into a state of unhurried flow while shooting. The photos you take all at once will also have a cohesive look and feel, helping you to build a cohesive somefeed and maintain your own style.
With a day of shooting, you'll build your own photo bank and stay one step ahead, no longer taking photos for the day's post in a rush and a flurry.

To make good use of the time allotted for the day of the shoot, it's a good idea to plan the day in advance.
The first thing to do is to mark The Shooting Day in your calendar: set aside between one and six hours of uninterrupted shooting time.
Then decide how many photos you need. How many posts per week or month is your target? If you have old photos, you can also use them for future posts. So you may find that you don't need as many new photos for the month as you thought you would.
Once you know the number of images you need, the next step is to think about the subject matter. Start with the current topics for the coming month and list holidays, launches and other events for which images are needed.
Then complete the list with 2-3 different categories of images. Do you have a need for illustrations, pictures of tools or maybe of yourself?
Get ready to collect props that you can use in your photos. Think about what time of day you'll be shooting, what kind of light you need to create the mood you want, and choose a location.
Before the day of the shoot, it's a good idea to check your equipment, so be sure to recharge your camera battery and clear the memory card. This way, the flow and inspiration of the shoot won't get lost in technical adjustments during the day.
And finally, one more important point: ask a live or remote cheerleader to join you on the day of the shoot, who can encourage you on if you get frustrated at any point.

Start the day by thinking about the mood and the feeling you want to convey with your images. Put on some good music, turn off your computer and silence your phone to get into the mood. Gather your chosen props at the location of your choice.
✨The magic of a day of photography is to let go of your to-do list and let the photography take over. ✨
Remember to take both horizontal and vertical photos. Take both wide shots and detail shots of each subject, and pictures in between. The aim is to take lots of pictures - so do whatever comes to mind. Look through the photos from time to time to see if they capture the mood you're after.
At the end of the shoot, immediately transfer the images to your computer and select the required number of images. It's best to do this while you still have the flow on. Transfer the selected images to the image editing folder to wait for finalisation.
Holding a photo shoot takes practice, just like anything else. At first it can feel difficult to come up with enough to shoot, or the pictures seem to be too similar. But this gets easier with time, and you can write down ideas for photos as the month goes on, making the day go more smoothly.
